Commercial Use

Use generated decks commercially when your sources are cleared.

What commercial use means

EasySlide is built for business presentations: strategy, sales, investor updates, training, and client work.

You may use exported presentations commercially when your plan allows it and you have rights to the material you include.

Your input rights still matter

Only upload documents, logos, images, templates, data, and brand assets you can legally use.

For confidential, licensed, trademarked, or regulated material, you are responsible for approvals and permissions.

AI output caveat

Generated slides can include mistakes, unsupported claims, or material that needs attribution.

Review every presentation before publishing, presenting, or sending it to a client.

Editable PPTX exports

PPTX exports are editable assets. Inspect and approve them in your normal workflow.

Fonts, animations, notes, charts, and layouts may render differently across presentation tools.

Templates and attribution

Some styles include source or attribution requirements. Keep those notes when the selected style requires them.

The template browser is a style guide, not permission to resell or redistribute third-party template files.

Sharing and privacy

Share links are convenient for review. Anyone with the link may be able to view the presentation while the link is active.

Avoid public sharing for confidential, personal, regulated, or client-sensitive material unless it has been cleared.

Client and agency work

Agencies, consultants, freelancers, and internal teams may create client work when they have permission to use the source material.

You are responsible for client approval, confidentiality, brand review, accessibility, and required disclosures.

Practical clearance checklist

Before delivery, check rights, claims, citations, images, logos, personal data, and export rendering.

For high-stakes work, ask your legal, brand, security, or subject expert to review it.
