Terms of Service

Rules for creating presentation work in EasySlide.

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Using the service

EasySlide helps you turn sources and brand guidance into outlines, previews, and editable PPTX exports.

You are responsible for what you submit and for checking that outputs are accurate, lawful, and appropriate.

Source material and permissions

Only upload documents, images, logos, templates, and brand assets you own or have permission to use.

You keep your rights. You give us the limited rights needed to run the product and support your account.

Generation and processing

Your sources and instructions may be processed by trusted service partners to deliver the features you request.

Generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review every deck before relying on it or sharing it externally.

Decks, edits, and exports

The product is designed to create editable presentation assets, including PPTX files when export is available.

Formatting can vary across presentation tools, fonts, devices, and templates. Inspect exports before delivery.

Credits, billing, and refunds

Paid actions consume credits only through the product workflow. Manual editing, review, sharing, and export do not consume credits.

Credits, purchases, taxes, renewals, and refunds are handled under the checkout terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

Templates and attribution

Template styles may include attribution or license notes. Keep required credits, notices, and source terms with your deck when they apply.

Do not resell, mirror, or redistribute third-party template files unless the source license clearly permits it.

Accounts, security, and deletion

Keep your account secure. If you suspect compromise, reset your password or contact support.

You may request account or project deletion. Some records may be retained for legal, billing, backup, or security reasons.

Commercial use and responsibility

Paid or authorized users may use exported decks for business work, subject to these terms and their input rights.

You are responsible for third-party rights, claims, disclosures, and approvals.

No abuse

Do not bypass credits, probe private systems, scrape non-public data, overload the service, or access another user's account or projects.

We may suspend access when activity threatens users, data, billing integrity, or service reliability.

Infringement notices

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact support with the work, location, ownership details, and requested action.

We may remove or restrict content while reviewing a credible rights complaint.

Availability and changes

We may update, limit, or discontinue features, plans, or export formats as the product evolves.

The service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specialized purpose.
